Hello,

 

with the help i am trying to get my account deleted - for over 30 minutes.

 

can you make sure klmtransavia-virtual is deleted?

all data is backupped.

 

with the help system i am NOT able to delete the account. the help isn't helpfull.

Hi @Martin 

To remove the Atlassian account "klmtransavia-virtual," go to the Atlassian account management page (id.atlassian.com/manage-profile) after logging in first. To confirm deletion, select "Account preferences," scroll to "Delete your account," and then follow the instructions. You can recover the account if necessary during the 14-day grace period that follows deletion submission before it is permanently removed.

Can't!!

you cannot delete your account, because

user is last illing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements

user is last billing admin of a transactin account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions

already seem to found the isse - with help of another unsatisfied trial user.

it seems that jira itself upgrades to a paid plan - which I didn't select myself.

I don't have any active entitlements - and i cannot delete the account using the link you provided.

can you for godsake delete this account?
it keeps saying i do have active entitlements.

 

please be so kind to delete it for me.

Please contact the Atlassian Support team and ask them to delete it.
