Cannot Access certain tabs in Settings in New Project

Hi 

In our Jira I created new BAsic service desk, when I go to Request types I get this error.

If I go to general setting I get this error.

Note I am site admin and in my project I am admin and agent.

Does anyone know what could be the issue here?JSD2.PNG

Hello,

It looks like you are not a Service Desk Agent. Could you verify in the user management interface, that your user is associated with the Jira Service Desk application?

I think the issue is that Service Desk trial is activated and I need to reactivate it. However, it looks like it won't let me.

Its very confusing
