Hello,
we had multiple canned responses in our JIRA Service Management.
Everything is gone now.
I try to create new one, it is possible (it wasn´t yesterday), but the old canned responses are still missing. It is a huge problem.
Do you know, when the data will be back? Or is there any hidden button to show them again?
