Cancelling tickets via email

I'd like to set up an email channel and a possibility for the users to cancel their ticket just by clicking a link. I've yet to find in the documentation if it's possible, have you found a workaround to this? 

My plan is not to include the portal for our users, so cancelling via portal is not a viable workaround.

You can use JSD Automation and use “comment contains” function (example below). There is not an OOTB solution for having this available via an email link. There are addons like JEMH that would I believe.
