Cancellation of CAPTCHA functionality

I have created and tested a form in jiraServiceManagement, but I am having trouble with the CAPTCHA screen.

The form is set up as follows.
-In Customer Access, I have set "Customers can access and submit requests through the portal without logging in".
-In Customer Authority, "Customers can access and submit requests through the portal without logging in" is set to "Open".

When I try to submit a test form, I get a "protected by reCAPTCHA" message, and when I "submit", I get a CAPTCHA to select an image.

This is inconvenient for the submitter and we do not want it to appear.
Please let us know how to stop the CAPTCHA function.

This is not an option. 

You can contact Atlassian via Atlassian Support and ask them if they can disable this for your instance.

This is only for the whole instance not for single users, see corresponding open feature request: ID-8310
