Can you stop portal only customers appearing in User Picker lists

Per the subject, can you stop 'Portal Only Customers' from appearing in User Picker lists on request types?

Hi @Ste404 , 

If you are using a User Picker (single user) custom field, you are able to filter the displayed users based on groups or roles ...

To do this just search for your custom field and follow this steps:

PERFECT.  I can filter with the all staff group and make a group for specific users who are external customers also that are required and leave off the portal only users all together.

Would be awesome if it was for Multi User also, just realised I have two scenarios now..  one group of people happy, one asking why theirs is still so over crowded with names :D

Unfortunately user filtering still not available for multi user picker field 😢
