I have simple automation for a team where an email request gets converted to a request in JIRA.
There is a specific Email address that the SR gets reported as. example 1234@tillpayments.com
What I want to do is disable Auto Resolved and Closed notifications to only that email address that is under the reported by section.
Is there an automation rule that can help me achieve this?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.
As a workaround, you could disable the customer notification Customer-visible status changed and replace it with an automation rule that sends an email to the reporter. You'd be able to add a condition that ensures it does not go to that reporter.
The catch with this is that if you're dealing with a very active project, the automation rule may get throttled.
