Can you give us control for redesigning the Service Desk Portal?

Hi 

We are using multiple projects within a service desk portal. Though Jira Service Desk allows us to customize the portal, we would like to make changes to Banner (length & width), Request Form frame (length & width), Search Results frame displaying knowledge base articles (length & width). 

Is it possible..

The changes you are asking for here are mostly changes to the underlying code in Jira.

If you are on Cloud, you have no access to that, so you can't change it.  If you have Server, then you do have access to make code change, but it's not recommended as your changes will be unsupported (if there's a problem and you ask for support, Atlassian could ask you to remove them before continuing with a support request)
