Can you edit the default reports in Jira Service Desk?

Within the report tab i have options available:

Team and under that i have Workload, SLA goals & Satisfaction.

I want to know how to change the information behind these. I all the access except SYS Admin.

The reports are coded to show what they say in the title.

You can change the information behind them, that's your project data (issues/requests), but if you mean you want to change the way the reports work, then you'll need to do some coding.

How can I edit the data?
I want to exclude some of the user and some particular status of the tickets.
