In trying to create custom field that would allow for exact time an event occurred...it appears the date/time picker will only go in 30 min intervals. We will need the exact time down to the minute. Should I used another option? Thank you in advance

custom field with type Date Time Picker should work in your case, you should be able to store any date and time into it. What makes you believe, that it only works with 30 min intervals? Thank you.
