Is there any way you know of to add a phone number here in the on-call schedule? I can't seem to find a place (other than alert notifications contact info) to add a telephone number, and the identity of our users is managed through an identity provider. And even on that page, I can't see a field for phone number. Anyone been able to have a phone number in the small pop up that appears when you click on the on-call shift with the person's name? All I can see is their name and email address. Thanks in advance!
Same thing in my environment, and I can't find anywhere in settings that controls that pop-up. I suspect it's not possible.
