When an issue priority is changed manually say from "Medium" to "High", We need to send an email to notify the reporter about the issue priority, response time, and resolution time in an automated email. Is this possible?
Please advise on the automation setup for checking the priority changed from "medium" to "High"

Hi Suganya,
You can create an automation rule based on a Field Value Changed trigger. Then select the Priority field.
Next add a Condition for Priority = High.
Then add a new action for Send Email.
As we have already recommended, you can do this with such third-party apps as SLA Time and Report for Jira. There is no limit on automation, such as in the Jira plan.
Set the Start condition to High Priority and set automatic notifications for SLA goals. It can be through SLACK or as a mention in the comments to issues (+ email). Use the Message Template Editor for writing custom text for notifications.
The add-on has a 30-day trial period, so you can also check this option.
