Can we set 2 different mails in portal group so that request mail can be sent to 2 different members

Just to clarify, is your goal that two people receive email notifications when someone submits a request through a portal group? If so this can be achieved through an automation rule when an issue is created with the condition set to the request type(s) in the portal group you're referencing and then a send email action
