We set up several locations on JIRA. We are sorting tickets with each location. But when I try to see the reports, I cannot sort them by locations. I see reports only for all the tickets. Is there a way to sort reports by location?
@Atsuko Bolinguit, welcome to the community. I assume you mean you have a custom field called "Locations" and you want to be able to filter your reports based upon this. Is that the case?
Assuming so, In JSD you can create new reports and add a series that considers the custom field.
