Can we remove the whole issue detail section in Service Desk Email This Issue?

Hello,

we need to remove the whole Issue Details section (shown on the right side) when we send mails via the Email Button (Jira Email This Issue). The mail send by the agent should just contain the text he wants to type and the subject - no details of the issue, no assigne or customfields just nothing. It should just be a normal email containing text subject and attachments.

Dear @[deleted],

there are email templates located in the jira/atlassian application tree. You can modify them to your needs. This worked at leased with Jira Software.
