Can we reduce the space consumed here on the portal

Hi there,

Is there a way to reduce the white space consumed by these fields that I have highlighted in the image below.

Had a few people who are testing complain about all the space being consumed especially when they are on small laptops.

I don't believe you can do that out of the box. JSM doesn't offer this level of flexibility. Have you tried moving your fields around to reorganize them? You can also look at Marketplace apps to provide additional features, including the ability to redesign your portal.

Is there no way to adjust the underlying CSS that defines the sizing of that area?

i.e. the "What can we help you with" is overly sized.

No, custom CSS is not supported in Cloud.
