While creating an incident through Rest API, I need to pull the value of Impacted Services but it is not accepting the custom field Id and value. Throwing error. Could you please suggest me with the right code here to pull the Impacted Service Value? I have written like this for the field impacted Services. Ticket is getting created but it is not pulling the value of Impacted services.
