We would like the ability to allow either the Approver OR an Approver Group to have the ability to approve a status change.
Right now it looks like we can only have either the set Approver approve the status change, or we can assign to a specific group. The Client wants the Approver to be able to approve the ticket, but in an instance where they are not available, they would like Leadership (aka Approver Group) to also have the ability to approve the status change.
While we can amend the number of people to approve a change, we would like to have two separate approver sources that have the ability to approver, but only one person should be able to approver.
Any idea what the solution would be for this, and if not, is there a suitable workaround?
