The distribution of the fields in the card layout can not be changed as you need, however, it is possible to display the story points field in the right-hand side as you need in Scrum Boards.

To achieve that, you will need to select the Story point as the estimation of your board. This action will cause your board reports to be based on the Story Points, and the estimation details to be displayed at the right-hand side of the cards. These would be the steps:

1. Navigate to your board > ... > Board Settings > Estimation
2. Select the estimation statistic as Story Points
