Hi,
I want to configure Customer's IP range or Domain name in Jira Service Desk so that from only trusted sources I should get the valid request/tickets.
Kindly let me know if there is any such setting available in Jira service desk.

Currently, on Jira Cloud, it's not possible to restrict domains or IPs for creating tickets.
We have feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:
