Can we change the verbiage on Log-in Screen?

We are trying to change the text (marked above) on the log-in screen of our JIRA server, i couldnt be able to find where exactly its situated to change this. i checked on our system configuration but i was only able to fine the introduction text. 

Would really appreciate if you guys could help me on this. Thanks in Advance.
