Below is a copy user view of a ticket following submittal from the portal. To the right, this is not an option to update the ticket once submitted. Can that option be added to a user view?
Use case: The user entered the wrong department when the ticket was entered and wants to correct it after the service request was submitted.

@jbolton No, he wouldn't be able to as he does no longer have access to the request form.
In that case, I could create a Form in the request type which you can keep open after submission.
