Hello Atlassian community!
I'm facing a weird problem with access to editing workflows in Jira service management.
I am Jira admin and can edit workflows - project admins used to be able as well (workflows are not shared, it is a company-managed project and they have the edit workflow permission).
However, from one day to the next, they can no longer edit workflows:
The obvious explanation would be that the workflows have been shared, but that is not the case:
Permission should be good as well, the user is an administrator:
And the Administrators have the permission to edit workflows:
Any idea what it is that I have missed?
Welcome to the community.
This only applies to non JSM projects and of the type company managed.
if you use a company managed JSM project, only a Jira admin is able to make changes to workflows, screens etc..
See this article; permissions-for-company-managed-projects and this feature request; JSDCLOUD-17491
Thank you Marc for the quick answer! I had not noticed that that it didn't apply to JSM projects, that is why then!
