Can't export data to spreadsheet

Hello,

When I use a filter and try to export data to a spreadsheet it gives me this error or a blank spreadsheet. What could be wrong?

Welcome to the community!

It is better if you can get in touch with Atlassian support team regarding this. 

If you are using Jira Service Desk data center instance, you will be asked to provide the support zip files to them so that they can analyze and figure out what went wrong.

If you are using the Cloud instance, they will check it out in the backend based on your instance url and can find what caused the error.
