The comment entry field is masked by the "Add internal note/Reply to customer" field, screenshot:
Hi @Mark Harding your screenshot looks like it didn't upload correctly, can you try posting it again?
When I view a JSM issue with the mobile app, the bottom of the screen shows "Add internal note / Reply to customer". Clicking either Add internal note or Reply to customer opens up the comment field for me to enter my comment. I'm interested to look at your screenshot to see what you're experiencing.
Thanks Connor - I see. An internal note is a comment - I thought it was something different. It's working as you say. Here's the screenshot again anyway:
