Can't create project in JSD

The new installation

I cant create 1st project

And I did the support request.

Why my request published in community?

Where is the direct link exactly  to SUPPORT request ?

And yes Im using account with admin permissions

You must be on a starter license for which the only support option is the Community.

What is your default language for Jira ? Try to change for English first...

The default language English.

I know such bug and checked first. Thats for SD projects only. For JS everything alright 

I'm afraid neither English nor Russian.
