Can't connect custom email account

I am unable to authenticate the email address in email setup. We do have an Okta redirect with our g-suite.

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if you are trying to add a custom email address to a Service Management project. 

If that's the case, can you please share with us a screenshot of the error?

I'm all good here, thanks. I needed to allow less secure apps in gmail. I created a child org in g-suite admin and created an override to allow less secure apps to the email i was trying to connect.
