Hi all,
when i try connect a JSM project service to Teams, i have a problem configuring the agent channel on Teams channel.
Previously the channel had set the same JSM Project Service, but on project setting I disconnected Teams (in Project settings > Chat), then i uninstalled the Assist app on Teams.
Now I want to link the project service to Teams channel again, so i set the "Add to Teams" option in project settings, and JSM tells me to complete the configuration on Teams. So i add the Assist app to my Teams channel, and when the bot asks me which type of channel I want to set (agent channel or request channel), if I select an agent channel the bot tells me:
"It looks like all your service projects already have private agent channels. Remove Assist from one of those channels or connect a new service project from Jira Service Management to use Ticket - Sviluppo > General as an agent channel."
In conclusion i can't set the agent channel on teams, and i can't reset project chat settings.
I also tryed to link the project to another channel, but unsuccessfully.
How can help me?
I solved by myself.
The problem was that my JSM user has lost "Administrator" permission on the project service, so I go to Project settings > People, then I add the user group to the user i use to configure the agent channel on Teams.
Bye
