Hello! JSM Cloud issue here.
I'm having a problem with a Checkout app. A colleague went to a vacation so i was assigned as a project lead to one of her projects which uses Checkout. i can access everything as it is but after i switched back the project lead role back to her, she can't access any of the settings within the Checkout. page stays blank and follows an error :

Our team has been notified. if the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support
we have equal access to the mentioned project, the thing that broke is was that i switched project lead role back to where it was.
so far i've checked that the issue is not computer/software. used different browsers, have no idea how to pull logs from this.

Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
The problem is typically that there has been a new version out that has not been installed in you instance. Once you install, the problem should go away.
