Can't access in-world voice chat

I have been unable to access in-world voice chat since June.  When I open chat I see "Connecting to in-world voice chat..........".  It scrolls all the way down the page since June 1st. I can't join any groups or see any chat.  I have the latest Singularity 64 bit alpha (downloaded 1 week ago) but this problem pre-dates that.  I am running Windows 10.

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know if you are using Jira Cloud or Server?
Also, I didn't find any add-on that has the name "in-world voice chat" on our marketplace, can you send us the URL if it's an add-on?
The only information I found about "in-world voice chat" is related to MMORPG and not Jira, so if you give us more details about what you are facing, it will help us to help you.
