I can't change priority status for an issue in Jira Service Management. I can do this for a support issue type, but my custom chargeback issue type does not allow me to click into the priority status and make a change. It didn't used to be this way to my knowledge, but I know admins changed a lot of things over the weekend. This status in not applicable for the project I am working on.
Also, Is it possible to have a priority scheme in Jira Service Management and Jira Software? I'd like to only show statuses that are relevant to the project that I am working on at the time.
Check that the priority field has been added to the screens if chargeback have different screens.
In addition to what @__ Jimi Wikman mentioned, currently in JSM Cloud, there is no functionality to have project specific priority scheme setup.
I would recommend you refer of this current enhancement EAP from Atlassian - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Issue-Config-Focus-Group/Join-Atlassian-s-Early-Access-Program-for-Priorities-per-Project/ba-p/2454761?utm_source=atlcomm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=&utm_content=post
Here is the enhancement case with Atlassian, you should add yourself as a watcher of it - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-3821
Lastly, priority scheme is applied at the project level and not at the individual issue (used in the project) level.
Hope this also helps.
