Hi,

"Charts and Reports for Jira Service Management" is this Add-on will be useful for Customers

which can i share the Dashboards to customers.

If i am doing the same I can't able to share the Dashboards and Reports.

Charts & Reports for JSM allows Reports to be shared with customers using the below options 

- The most popular use-case is to share the Reports directly with Customer Organizations via the Portal Page 

- Sharing  Report as a Public Link 

- Sharing Report as a PDF
