Can not uninstall service desk

Hi,

I'm not able to unsinstall the service desk.

My steps:

1. Shut down Jira
2. Start Jira
3. Go to Administration
4. Go to Applications
5. Go to Versions & licences
6. Click on "uninstall" in the "JIRA Service Desk 4.1.0"
   Option "Also remove my JIRA Service Desk configuration" selected
7. Cklick uninstall

The following message was displayed:
