Can not see the portal customers

Hello,

I'm the org admin of my site but I can not see portal customers.

I tried a lot of times but I'm getting the following error every time: 

Something went wrong

We had trouble trying to fetch your customers. Refresh the page to try again.

please could you share a screenshot of page that provide you that error? Currently there are no active incidents on JIRA Service Management https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/

Followup - I killed all the Atlassian cookies and site data and it came back to life - after logging back in.

Same thing happening here.

Cleared the cache - didn't make a difference.
