Can not repat use of custom field in a team - managed project form

Hi, I am not succeeding to repeat use of custom field in a team - managed project form. I want to use same field multiple times in the form to show different default answers for a Field#1 choice. For each option i want to show after the same field with a different default choices. 

Is it possible to archive?

Fields can't be re-used in a form.
