Can not connect to Atlanssian Marketplace

The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable. To avoid problems when loading this page, you can disable the connection to the Marketplace server.

I tries https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/the-atlassian-marketplace-server-is-not-reachable-due-to-peer-not-authenticated-321850263.html

But cant fix this issue when i try to step

keytool -import -alias marketplace.atlassian.com:443 -keystore /path/to/truststore -file /path/to/marketplace.atlassian.com.crt


Directories not found /path/to/marketplace.atlassian.com.crt 

Pls help me how cant i fix that. Jira Service Desk 4.4.1.
