Can my company receive ISMS-P certification through JSM?

The company I work for is seeking ISMS-P certification.
Is it possible to pass some items related to service operation with JSM?

And due to the nature of the company, JSM tickets contain personal information.
In this case, how should I destroy personal information?
Is there a way to collectively destroy information (tickets, etc.) about specific customers?

You could create a scheduled automation rule that deletes issues after a certain amount of time after closure.
