I nee see in the issue how many time the issue was in each assignee user group. How can I do it ?

Can you provide more details on the assignee's group. Is the group a custom field in issue or you want to evaluate it from user's actual groups?
What in case when an user has more than one group?
If you want to check how much time your ticket was assigned to specific users you can use SLA Analytics feature of the SLA PowerBox add-on. You can also create custom aggregations with EazyBI add-on.
