Can a dropdown be customised based on a field?

Hi Community, 

I was wondering whether there is a way to have multiple lists in a dropdown so that different lists can appear based on a previous field?

For example, if Division = Finance, then Line Manager = A, B, C but if Division = HR, then Line Manager = X, Y, Z

Unfortunately not in the Cloud env.  This is available via ScriptRunner for Jira add-on for the DataCenter env.  The vendor is still working with Atlassian on bring this feature into the Cloud env for the add-on.  Currently, the problem is with the "Connect" REST APIs framework used in the Cloud env that prevented this needed function from being implemented.
