Hi All, I got some articles and I want them to be put in the knowledge base. Can I upload them as Word files or pdf files instead of creating them manually?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
You can import Word documents into Confluence. I would suggest doing that. If you just create a page and attach the PDF or Word document to it then the content will not be indexed making it hard to find in the KB.
