Can I update assignee based on the time

We would like to change or assignee the issues to a particular user after working hour's. I have tried using rooster addon but its not working as expected. not sure why? is there a workaround using AUTOMATION FOR JIRA

@Nikhil , are you saying you wish to change the assignee based upon time of day? Example - If issue remains open after 5pm it is reassigned to a different person? Or do you mean something else, e.g. set the Assignee based upon the time of day an issue is created. Can you detail your use case?
