Hi everyone. First question here. I apologize in advance if the question is easy or stupid. So my problem is that. It is possible to show all the request type in the help desk portal or I need an addon or make and script or something????
This question is because my client ask for. He needs to see all the request types without using the browse all option.

Hi @Federico , and welcome to the Community! First, never feel bad about asking a question here. We all start somewhere and we all keep learning.
So maybe Server presents the Request Types differently than Cloud. In cloud for a given project I see something like below which represents all request types for a particular project. This is the view after you click on the specific project. Can you explain further what your customer is seeing? Maybe this is a case of many RT and an effort to make the modal more user friendly.
can you send an image of what you are seeing? I was reviewing the Server docs and based upon initial peek you should see something similar i think.

do you have a single project? If you have more than one you should be able to click on the project and see all requests. Again, could be a server deal.
