Can I set an alert related with the number of my jira cloud user? Any work arround?

Hi!

My client have a month cloud licence for severals Atlassian Products (Software, Service Desk, Confluence).

He whant to set an alert when the amount of user reach a certain number. He want to mantaing under control de cost. Is that posible?

Whicth is the  SUBSCRIPTIONS limit when we have a mensual licences?

Hello @Celeste D_Alessandro ,

Depending on how you have Specified how users get site access depends on the access constraints.  Leveraging the  "Access Requests" process would most likely be the best method for you to keep an eye on the number of active users by requiring a approval before the account is created

In this way it does require a manual approval, but If you are manually adding and inviting users you will have a list of users available for view with active user accounts visible from the invite or approval screen as covered in "Creating, editing, and deleting users" 

If you have a verified domain check out the section 2 on Claiming accounts within a domain in Verify a domain for your organization noting it gives you an option to verify the accounts so you do not go over the license count:

As part of the domain verification process, you need to claim all the accounts on your domain. Because anyone on your domain can create an Atlassian account, more users than you expect may have an Atlassian account with your domain.
