Hello. We have successfully integrated MS Teams with JSM Cloud using the free Jira Cloud App. It seems to be working as designed. As you can see from the screenshot the customer chooses a site, space, and work item. Is there a way to limit, which work items are presented to the customers? My understanding is all work types from the Issue Type Scheme are presented as an OOTB default.
As uses have the permissions to see the space and create issues, all work types will be presented, this indeed can't be limited.
Other question, why can "customers" see the work types and not the Request Types?
It seems anyone of your customers" is an agent on the project.
From what I've learned, the customer is really looking for more than OOTB function. The only way I see to do that is to create a new project with just that one request type, which is not an option. There's no real value for this.
