Can I import the original ticket/issue created time & SLA value into Jira?

Hi,

We are going to import some helpdesk data from external system to Jira.

As old system contain some value which including created time & SLA data, may know does Jira CSV Importer able to import those types data into Jira for record tracking?

The External System import (CSV) in Jira server does not currently have the ability to import data into the SLA field in Service Desk projects.  There is a current request for this ability over in JRASERVER-64506

However there is documentation on using some different built in utilites to Service Desk in order to import the SLA configuration say from a different project.  Please see Importing SLAs
