Can I embed a widget with the virtual service agent (VSA) into my company's SaaS?

We want to add the virtual service agent (VSA) into our company SaaS. The instructions about adding it to a website (using a widget) don't specify whether it works only for HTML websites, or includes all SaaS.

This can't be done a VSA only work on the JSM help center, this can't be used in another SaaS
