I can create a query that displays the tickets and their reporters from across the company, but I need the report to include the reporter's department as found in their profile. I don't need to filter on it; more like add a column to the query that shows the reporter's department. Is this possible?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
I am using the label fields for that, but same as you... I would prefer to assign Reporter Department., I have not yet seen how that can be achieved. The option to create custom fields would be good.
