Receiving tickets over email:
In Cloud, the system gives an email address to each project, can I define an email for each organization?

When we create a new project, it's possible to associate only one email for the customers to create tickets, so it's not possible to add one email for each organization.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to associate multiple email addresses with a single project:
