Hi @Bill.Cochran welcome to the community.  I found this link regarding uptime.  I see a 'View Historical Uptime' link on that page.  I didn't play with it much.  Hopefully it gets you what you're looking for.  

If not, you may need to contact Atlassian Support and see if they can get you more specific details regarding your instance.
