Can I create a JIRA report on Customers within an Organisation?

I am looking to extract the names and email addresses of Customers (users) I have set up against individual Organisations within my JIRA project, is this possible?

Thanks @Nikola Perisic. Is anyway a report can be built directly in Jira as we need to keep reporting on this and I don't have access to any API tools?
